Malgré certains avis négatifs, nous venons déguster une waffle environ une fois toutes les deux semaines depuis plusieurs années, et la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous. Les gaufres sont délicieuses. Certes, les prix ont augmenté, mais comme partout ailleurs. L’installation des deux bornes de commande est un vrai plus : auparavant, il fallait patienter bien plus longtemps puisqu’une seule personne prenait les commandes. En résumé, une petite franchise qui donne même envie d’y investir !

Très bien ! Nous avons déjeuné à Waffle Factory et le service était rapide malgré l'affluence dans le centre commercial. Les gaufres étaient bien garnies, chaudes, et les saveurs proposées sont variées, pouvant ainsi plaire à tous les goûts ! Seul petit bémol : Pour s'asseoir il n'y a que des chaises sans dossier. Je recommande !

Les gaufres sont bonnes et le service est rapide. Cependant, devoir payer 30 centimes pour emporter de la nourriture dans un sac, je trouve ça inadmissible et pas du tout normal.
