Belle découverte que ce deux étoiles Michelin ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’omble-chevalier cuit à la cire d’abeille et le bœuf wagu divin !

Le meilleur restaurant à Lyon ! J’ai testé les quatre restaurants 2 étoiles Michelin de la ville, et celui-ci était de loin le meilleur. Le service, les plats, le personnel… tout était impeccable. De manière générale, je trouve que les chefs français ne sont pas toujours au top en matière de desserts dans les restaurants gastronomiques (même si les pâtisseries sont excellentes en dehors). Mais ici, le fait qu’on me propose du yaourt à la place du fromage était une vraie surprise et j’adore le yaourt !!! Aucun autre restaurant ne l’a proposé. J’ai également eu la chance de visiter les cuisines, et je me suis sentie très privilégiée. Tout était parfait. Merci pour cette expérience inoubliable.
