Une bonne franchise qui semble bien fonctionner. Je viens depuis plus de 3 ans : avant, j’y passais tous les midis, mais depuis mon déménagement, je viens moins souvent. La qualité est toujours au rendez-vous et l’équipe semble s’être agrandie, ce qui est un bon point. Petit bémol : le bresaola n’est plus disponible en vitrine toute l’année, seulement en hiver pour le « Gaston d’hiver ». J’avais l’habitude de prendre un double bagel au bresaola, mais ils ne proposent plus non plus les doubles bagels… J’enlève donc une étoile côté cuisine. Sinon, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés : c’est très bon et il y en a pour tous les goûts et tous les budgets !
