Une adresse qui prouve, si besoin subsistait, qu’il n’ya pas que les étoiles du guide rouge qui sont garantes de la haute gastronomie. Merci et bravo à toute l’équipe.

Restaurant de qualité. Un peu cher à la carte.Peu de choix si allergie aux crustacés. Réservation avec carte bleue. C'est un moins pour un restaurant qui n'a pas d'étoiles.Vin au verre (blanc de corse) bien trop cher et qui piquait légèrement. C'était un fonds de bouteille. Il faut prendre un bouteille et le Macon blanc est toujours un bon choix.En synthèse je reviendrai car l'ambiance est sympathique pas guindée et la cuisine excellente. Sans oublier les mises en bouche très originales nombreuses et peu communes dans ce type de restaurant. Merci et bonne continuation.

It was quiet when we meant but the staff were excellent and the food amazing. Everyone (almost) wants to hear a negative comment but all I can manage is that the sommelier gave a Scotsman the “best” French whisky in a brandy glass - with ice but that was my request!! I highly recommend the degustation menu but come hungry.
