Délicieux, une véritable découverte. Le goût est là, les textures, la qualité des viandes. Bémol à la sauce moutarde de l'andouillette que l'on aimerait plus prononcée et persistante, mais là ce n'est que mon avis, d'autres là trouverait sans doute très bonne ! Mes félicitations et salutations en tout cas.
