Das Museum ist sehr sehenswert, man kann Marionetten ausprobiren und Puppen Theater aus Asien und Afrika kennenzulernen. Es ist in einem Altstadthaus untergebracht und sehr schön über mehrere Stockwerke erschlossen. Auch Kinder haben ihrer Spaß. Die Erklärungen sind manchmal etwas umständlich weil alle möglichen Gender- und Postkolonial korrekten Formulierungen eingehalten werden.
