I have been there for three times. The young lady and the young gentleman working there are very nice and warm. Just the older lady who might be the boss is a bit cold and mean. However, the food is fantastic.

Tempura is surprisingly close to average local standard in Japan, which is hard to find in London in this price range. Sushi quality is constrained by limited availability of fresh seafood in UK. Staff looks unhappy and not friendly to customers.
