I ordered pizza from Papa John’s and was very disappointed to find that the drink I paid for was missing. I called the store to report the issue, but instead of offering a simple solution, the manager was rude and argumentative. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the problem professionally. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. I expected better from a well-known brand like Papa John’s. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not receive it, only to be met with poor attitude when trying to fix it. Definitely reconsidering ordering from here again.
