I read about this place in The Wimble and was curious to try it. They are only opened three days a week so it can be tricky. It's located in the alleyway off the Broadway. I only bought the cinamon bun this time and it was really tasty. I don't like too sweet pastries so the fact it was not covered in copious amounts of icing was great. The dough was nice, slightly salty and springy but not too soft. You can tell it's made from quality ingredients and NOT ultra processed. There was just perfect amout of the sweet cinamon paste. I really enjoyed it. I want to try the blackberry custard bun and their bread next.

Amazing fresh bread. Got a focaccia and a cinnamon bun, both delish. Happy to see an independent bakery in the heart of Wimbledon. Sam is super friendly and I hope his business thrives.
