The best independent bakery in London. You can tell they take care over the products, using the best available ingredients to produce the most delicious items! Sam and the rest of the team are making some of the best baked goods you can find in London and they are well worth seeking out.

I read about this place in The Wimble and was curious to try it. They are only opened three days a week so it can be tricky. It's located in the alleyway off the Broadway. I only bought the cinamon bun this time and it was really tasty. I don't like too sweet pastries so the fact it was not covered in copious amounts of icing was great. The dough was nice, slightly salty and springy but not too soft. You can tell it's made from quality ingredients and NOT ultra processed. There was just perfect amout of the sweet cinamon paste. I really enjoyed it. I want to try the blackberry custard bun and their bread next.
