I expected more. Food was mediocre at best. Hot chocolate was delicious.

French toast tasted like heaven but I'd have loved if it looked a bit more aesthetic with some real fruits 🥲 also had to wait for +30mins for a table for 2 people even though we came super early in the morning. We were told that the upstairs seating opens after 10am on a Saturday, not ideal 🤷‍♀️ Nice atmosphere overall

The quality of bread and croissants in this bakery is great (probably impossible to find better in central London). However, the service is very slow - there is always a queue but the place itself has two floors which are often half packed - we were quite surprised after queuing to get in for 15 min to realise that lots of tables are empty on the upper floor. Suggest checking it!
