My friend lives in the area and had been wanting to try Love Sushi & Ramen, as it always seems busy. Since our birthdays are just a day apart at the beginning of September, we decided to treat ourselves to a lovely lunch there. We arrived a bit later after lunch, around 2:30 pm, so there was no wait. We were promptly seated and given the menu. As a vegetarian, I was happy to see there were several options available for me as well. Shortly after, the waitress came to take our drinks and asked if we were ready to order, we needed a little more time, but once ready, we decided to start with some edamame and kimchi. For mains, we both went with ramen: I had the vegetarian ramen with a miso base, and my friend chose the classic chicken ramen. Needless to say, the food was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed every bite, and the portions were generous. We even ordered another drink, finished our food, and left the restaurant with a promise to come back soon.

Beef short rib ramen was excellent. Rich broth, tender meat, and great toppings. At a very good value. Will definitely be back shortly.
