My Visit to The Stablehand I had a great experience at The Stablehand, a charming pub that serves classic English food right across from where I stay. I decided to pop in to try their food and ordered the traditional fish and chips for takeaway. I was served immediately by a very professional and friendly team. While I waited, they were all so welcoming and had a lovely smile. I want to give a special thank you to Nico and Eimear, as well as their colleague who handled my payment. Their hospitality was the main reason I will definitely be coming back. The atmosphere inside was fantastic, just as the photos show. The menu offered a great variety of authentic English dishes, and the place was very tidy and clean. The food itself was delicious and perfectly cooked. I will absolutely return to The Stablehand whenever I want to enjoy some good English food, especially the fish and chips! Thank you again to Nico and Eimear for their warm welcome and excellent service—they truly made my visit memorable.

Absolutely magnificent. Their pies and fish and chips were the best we have had on our trip so far. Service staff were terrific.
