i had a terrible day - severe delays at overground, well you know those delays... and then the train just dropped everyone off at that station... I was upset, disappointed, depressed, because i hadn't slept half the night preparing for event. but I was late for the event…too late and I went to this cafe to drink a cup of espresso and cheer myself up the barista was so responsive, polite and positive that my mood immediately improved! i wouldn't have gotten to this cafe if it weren't for overground with its endless breakdowns (or whatever it was this time...). life gave me this meeting with a wonderful place and a wonderful person. dear barista, if you are reading this, thank you!❤️
