Beware of the return policy which doesn't exist - only exchange and only within two weeks. This was not stated anywhere on the receipt or brought up during purchase. I spent over £200 at the shop on my second visit (and quite a bit during the first visit) and when I came back to return an item 3 weeks after it was purchased, I was told what the return policy was with no flexibility (for a second hand jacket mind you). Per the suggestion from the sales assistant I contacted the owner, but they didn't bother replying to my email. I was really looking forward to becoming a frequent customer here after we moved to the neighbourhood a few months ago, so this has been a really disappointing experience.
