A hidden gem of a café located inside the library. The atmosphere is wonderful—calm and relaxing. What truly stands out is the woman who I believe is named Isabel, based on other reviews. Her warm and thoughtful service deeply touched me, especially as I used to the impersonal nature of large chain cafés. This time I only had tea, but next time I'd like to try the food as well. This Coffee shop is a hidden Gem. The Lady(Isabel)managing this coffee shop has got to be the best cake and confectionary maker in London not with standing her friendliness, and her personable attitude towards her customers !
