I ordered the 4 pasties 4 doughnut deal, chocolate shortbread, mozzarella bites and a lucozade via uber eats. I then get a call from greggs (yourselves) that you didn't have the pasties I ordered or the doughnuts in stock. You then said to cancel this through uber on my end as you couldn't. I then contacted uber who said they can't give me the refund as you guys already started the order. This is sooo wrong of you guys as now I have lost over 20 pounds for something I didn't receive. I am deeply unimpressed by how I have been treated. I have been stolen from not fault of my own.
