I dont usually go to Starbucks as usually dont have great experiences but this time i came here as i need some food and drink while waiting for my apointment and i was very pleased. The lady here serving Ilona was so lovely smilling and had amazing customer service. You could see she enjoys her job and thats very rare to see those days. Her cheerful personality and kindness helped me ease the stress i was feeling about my apointment.

Never usually leave reviews for franchises. But this Starbucks has superb service, amazing friendly staff, clean facilities - food and drink provided correctly! Best branch in London for sure!
