I am forced to leave this feedback as staff didn't listen anyways... I was begging staff for extra hot milk for a coffee I paid , they made drama just because I asked for that , when they called the manager I thought she will fix this , ooh no they are one team fighting against costumers, she didn't even think a told me no you can't . I knew this place is not a normal pret in just a negative energy staff , I give a zero stars , what I am doing here🤮🤮🤮
