Last week at this pret a spoke to the manager told her if you carry on with this bad service I will leave a negative feedback , when I went to order a coffee next day the staff refused to serve me , you can check the cameras. Really horrible how things gone worst for this company . I left , next door got a coffee served to table , with a big smile , tastier coffee, ... It time to support small businesses not giving those big companies monies money to blackmail us.
