Always really lovely staff here. Today, i was served by such a kind, genuine lady who even carried my tray over to my table. Nothing was too much trouble. I would say the coffee could be a LITTLE stronger, but that is my preference. It would also be good to have a loyalty scheme for regular customers. All in all, a great experience.
