Love ole and steen but for some reason in every one of these locations there is never an obvious or intuitive spot or direction for the queue. Always a group of customers looking confused about where the line starts and think staff could help with redirecting a bit if possible or make it appear more intuitive. Service from the baristas here is always very lovely

Wow. Wow. WOW!!! Came here yesterday for the first time and I am amazed at the excellent level of customer service. Not only was the food at a HIGH standard, the level of care was unparalleled. I will DEFINITELY be returning. Thank you for making my experience soo nice! People rarely speak on their positive experiences, but I wanted to really appreciate Tobi, Ashanti & Ansha. A great team!
