The most important thing other than food in a restaurant or ambiance is the service. Maria Stephania and their team are exceptionally outstanding. And most importantly I can smoke a cigar outdoor in peace

So Chucs and many other shops are around the corner from my place. The one thing that stands out at Chucs which brings me back for my tea almost on daily bases is Maria and other staff. They welcome me back every time and know my order. This is customer service that we no longer see much of in London. Thank you Maria
