Very poor customer service today from Anoudee, the barista, at Paddington Station. Requested less ice, she refused and was rude. Unacceptable behaviour.

It's rubbish,these youngsters don't know how to make cappuccinos. They need to be barista trained! This was my second visit & both times my cappuccino was barely Luke warm & had to go back to get it reheated. I mean how hard is it to do a cappuccino right? Don't go there unless you want cold coffee & cappuccinos !
