I ordered one cappuccino and one latte for me and my wife and it was very good

Really disappointing. The chai latte just tasted like hot water. I went back to mention it, and the guy behind the counter looked a bit confused before sprinkling some cinnamon on top. Maybe he didn’t quite get what I meant, but it definitely didn’t fix the drink. Such a shame and a waste of money.

Very poor customer service today from Anoudee, the barista, at Paddington Station. Requested less ice, she refused and was rude. Unacceptable behaviour.
