Always a great experience at this Café Nero thanks to the friendly and welcoming team. One of the baristas, brings such a warm, positive energy to the place—it really makes a difference. She's consistently upbeat, attentive, and creates a genuinely inviting atmosphere. It’s the kind of service that keeps you coming back, not just for the coffee, but for the vibe too.

A very pleasant experience with some nicely comfortable chairs It would have been given a 5🌟 but it was so cold in there! I would have thought that paying up market prices for coffee, should inspire them to give the customer some warmth. We would have stayed longer other than this. Very slow at clearing up the cups and plates from the tables, very clut tered. It may well improve later on in the day when the sun shines on that corner! No paper in the disabled loo. And could you install a lock on the inside please because if you are in there someone can with a key can enter whilst you are in there, very embarrassing!

Your staff should be trained about disability or at least have some common sense about what not to ask people with disabilities. If they would have made a comment about it before I got my drink, I would have just left without getting anything. I am not coming here again and if this happens in another Nero coffee shop I am not shopping at Nero again
