Five stars for the lovely Victoria. Been delighted to have gotten my lunch from Greggs recently purely bc she always wishes me a good day and always smiles, it’s nice to receive friendly service and Victoria is smashing it! ❤️

Rudest staff ever, came in at 6:30pm I understand it’s half an hour before closing but there is no acceptable excuse to speak so rudely and aggressively and slam the tongs once you put the pastry in bag. Unbelievable attitude.
