Lovely restaurant tucked away on Piccadilly Circus. As you walk in you the decor is lovely, giving a really nice atmosphere and buzz. Ordered the samosa chaat and mix grill. Really lovely starters. However, really really disappointed by the main course. Ordered the lamb shoulder at the recommendation of the waiter. Unfortunately, really bland, chewy and excessive amounts of fat. (I have had lamb shoulder at veeraswamys which in comparison was very rich, full of flavour). Now I could have just been a bad day but In central London I would expect consistency. The lack of flavour was disappointing. The tandoori chicken on the other hand was nice. rich and full of flavour. Had high expectations from when I walked but the decor and service didn’t necessarily match the food.

Food rather average. Expensive, but I understand that you pay for the location and for the superb interior. A negative point for the tables set-up. We were given a table of four but the table is clearly to small to accommodate the dishes served.
