I had the Chef’s BBQ lamb cutlet, Ma’s benachin rice and roasted carrots. It was fantastic and would highly recommend. The lamb was so well done, tender and full of flavour. The benachin Rice is a winner, one of the best I have ever had in London.

What a lovely way to represent West African Cuisine in London. With recently visiting Gambia I've been craving the food I had there. Which is when I found out about Papa L's. The food was highly flavoursome, presentable and great value. I had the "Grilled Tiger Prawns" as a starter. For the main I had "Honey Glazed Salmon Supreme" with. "Ma's Benachin Rice" & "Grilled Broccoli" as sides. Both were AMAZING!! The staff were welcoming and the drinks were 10/10. We had the. pleasure of meeting the chef and what a top guy he is, I love personal experiences and this was one of them. I'll definitely be back!

I came here for my birthday, had a really lovely time!! The food was lovely, the staff was great. Had a nice atmosphere, I noticed they played music from a mix of African musicans from the 90's. I have to come back here again!! - I coming back, for my birthday in a few days 🥰
