Went to Fallow for an early dinner and the place was already buzzing with energy. The food was really nice, especially the burrata and the fallow burger. The dessert was also excellent with a hint of spice that complimented the chocolate base. In terms of service, our waitress was fine, she gave us her recommendations and took our order swiftly. After that though the service was extremely slow, with us trying to get someone’s attention for ages when we wanted the bill. Moreover we found the sommelier to be quite rude, without so much as a “hello” or saying any words at all for the matter... He kept smacking the bottle on our table every time he’d fill our glasses up and did not even ask how the wine was after pouring for a tasting. His whole attitude was quite bizzare and gave off a very entitled vibe. We also found the interior to be a bit outdated - or perhaps simply not to our liking.
Overall the highlight was the food so props to the chefs, but the front of house clearly needs some educating on customer service.
