I visited Leon Battersea today and had a wonderful experience.there was a young Indian lady barrister,who made me one of the tastiest coffees I’ve had. But what truly made the visit special was her warm and beautiful smile — it instantly made me feel welcome and created such a positive atmosphere. Along with her kindness and excellent service, that smile brightened my day.

Chandana is the most friendly LEON staff I’ve ever encountered and I always get such great service from her, she also always makes the best cappuccino in any Leon as well! It's really such a contrast to any other Leon branch and the staff there. Battersea is by far the best.

Love Leons in general, but this one is particularly nice, especially the lovely Chandana, who always has time to be friendly and welcoming, however busy she is.
