Surprisingly mediocre. It looks new and inviting as you walk past, but falls short on a surprising number of levels. Looking forward to the lovely soft centre in your poached egg? 🥚 Nope, they come hard in the middle. Authentic sticky gyudon rice? 🍚 It’s not sticky at all and so impossible to eat with chopsticks. Grab a spoon! Toilet? 🚽 None, despite the *legal* requirement for any restaurant of ten or more seats to have a customer toilet (they have 12 seats FYI) The food is passable, especially if you are grabbing a quick bite before your train at the station next door.
