What a lovely shop, you always feel welcomed by Jill and Ellie they always have the biggest smile on their face and give my son the biggest wave. My son has SEN needs and they cater for his needs without judging its very friendly shop. The food is lovely and fresh and it’s very clean shop you can see the shop is well looked after. Thank you everyone in the shop for making my son feel welcomed it means so much to us.

The service here in the mornings is very frustrating. The two older ladies working behind the counter spend far too much time chatting with regular customers — not just now and then, but every single day during the morning rush. This causes long queues, and it feels like they don’t realise people are in a hurry to get to work, especially when trying to catch their train. I’ve had to walk out 2 times this week alone due to the delays and being in a rush to catch my train. They really need to be separated on shifts, as I can see the other staff members getting annoyed at being left to do all the work while they stand chatting. It’s fine to be friendly when it’s quiet, but at peak times it comes across as unprofessional and inconsiderate. A mystery shopper should visit during rush hour, as less chatting and more focus on serving would make a big difference.

Be vigilant of staff overcharging!! Pop in for a coffee and got charged 3.85. That is over 50% more than correct price. Got refunded after complaining, but be alert!
