One of the best ice creams I've had in a while. It had the perfect texture with just the right amount of richness, and the sweetness level was spot on (not too sweet but just sweet enough to be satisfying). There's a slight hint of the goat milk but it works well with the sweetness of the ice cream so it balances out. There's a good variety of flavours but strawberries and cream was definitely my favourite!
