A busy cafe located right opposite the harrods, they have a wide range of desserts to eat in and takeaway too. We ordered a buckava with ice cream and a tea which was quite nice. Perfect for gift shopping if you are after Turkish desserts. They are at a steeper price but this is well expected given the location of the store and the demographic of the area. They have high chair available for little ones but not sure on changing facilities.
