I really enjoyed the flavour of the Cardamom and Orange Bun, and I’d love to leave some feedback that I hope will be constructive. If possible, please pass this on to the baker — I think they might appreciate hearing how customers experience their work. While I understand this could be a deliberate attempt at a unique twist, the bun I had was very syrupy — the bottom was completely soaked through, almost like a Greek syrup dessert. It was tasty, but when people buy a bun, there’s usually a certain expectation for the texture: soft and fluffy, with a light glaze, rather than wet all the way through. This one felt more like a syrup cake in disguise. If the syrup could be applied more lightly, I think the bun’s texture would shine as much as its wonderful flavour.

We had a late lunch, after 3pm, but the sandwiches were freshly made and the café had a calm vibe. Coffees were small but good and the sandwiches excellent. Prices are bit high but not ridiculous for the quality.

Lovely place, great atmosphere with very attentive staff. I was working on the flats above so treated my self to their fantastic sandwiches. I looks forward to the next time I'm in the area.
