Staff were very impatient, understandable if it was rush hour but it was on a Sunday at 2pm. Unpleasant experience being served, felt like we were an inconvenience.

I really love the food at Gail’s—everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious and freshly made. However, I’ve noticed a consistent issue across different Gail’s locations: the glasses/cups are often not properly clean. It’s something that really stands out because the rest of the experience is always great. Hope they pay more attention to this, because the food definitely deserves better service when it comes to hygiene.
