I really appreciate the effort being taken from El&N team to satisfy all customers from different cultures and different ages. The branch manager Nektaria such an amazing person, dealing with high standards, super hygiene control,managing floor professionally. Am owning F&b units and am concentrating on each detail and i found this place very convenient to come on daily bases me and my friends also. I noticed that a lot of VIP customers are coming in regular basis which reflects their satisfaction. Royal families members, ministers and more.. i was wondering why they choose this casual place, but after my experience i understand why and I've been on of the regular customers as well.. I highly recommend that Nektaria allocated on busy timing like starting from 12:00 to 9:00 Cause Vip preferred this timing to visit the place, accordingly strong manager attendance like Nektaria is a must. Am always have big tables ( more than 10) and she satisfies all my needs and all my guest left happy Also i highly recommend that she is the perfect option to make the training session for old/ new employees As i noticed how expert and professional is she.
