A Michelin-starred Indian restaurant in Belgravia, as a phenomenal dining experience that lives up to its reputation. The author highlights the exceptional grilled dishes, especially the "masterpiece" lamb chops and succulent grilled chicken. The chicken curry, biryani, and fresh raita were also singled out for their delicious and sophisticated flavors. The review concludes by calling Amaya an unforgettable experience that redefines modern Indian cuisine and declares it the best Indian restaurant in London.

This is better for lunch than dinner. The reason is the service. 2. Very poor coordination between the barbQue , curries and breads sections of their kitchen. Such a pity that The staff are arrogant and not receptive to positive / constructive feedback . Suggest a process upgrade urgently. 3. If they can get British Staff to manage the processes and service this place could be potentially better than Gymkhana .
