From the moment we arrived, the experience was amazing. The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and tried to seat us on the terrace, but since the available tables weren’t ideal, she kindly guided us to Sachi restaurant, where we got the perfect table. We went for the set menu, and both the food and the service were 10/10. Since we were a bit in a rush, we let the staff know, and they were very understanding — the timing was perfect, and we felt really well looked after throughout. At the end of the meal, we had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Syuleyman, who was extremely attentive and friendly. Our server, Pia, was fantastic, and the gentleman who took our order (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was also lovely. Honestly, every single staff member who approached us was kind, professional, and genuinely elevated the whole experience. The food was amazing, but it was the people who made it even more special. We’ll definitely be coming back!
