I have been here plenty of times and their service has never really changed. I have gone their times buy two frappes where I told staff serving me that it’s a take away many times because I knew they could forget. They did assured me it will be take away but when it came time for me to pick up my drinks they just gave me two cups of the drinks with no holder or any bag. This was the day where I had many heavy bags to carry.🥲 I literally had to ask her again for something to carry them as it’s takeaway and she gave me just a drink holder. So I had to carry all of my heavy bags on a bus praying for the drinks to not spill…

The staff are very humble and good. And hats off to the service as it was awasome. Came from far just to try the new coffee. The caramel was the best. . Just presentation could improve. ❤️❤️
