Caffè Nero has been my favorite brand for years, and even today it’s certainly the company that, with over 1,000 locations worldwide and its own roasting facility, manages to maintain a high quality of coffee and products sold to the public despite the large quantities produced. This is a great achievement. For example, the Panettoncini by Tommaso Muzzi come from Veneto (Italy), and the Gianduiotti chocolates come from Turin, both are exclusive to Caffè Nero. Caffè Nero at 62 Tottenham St is very welcoming, with classical music in the background, plenty of tables and seating areas divided into zones, making it very practical for meetings with friends, studying, families, etc. I read the reviews carefully before writing mine. It’s true that the staff is not particularly welcoming or smiling, but they do their job. I didn’t encounter any problems (at 6.30 am); probably when the café is busier, the atmosphere changes. I’ll come back to check again. There’s a restroom inside with access for people who need to use a wheelchair (great service)this should be mandatory in all coffee shops and public venues.
