Had a great experience at KFC today. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Soom (سوم) who provided excellent service with a smile. Really appreciated his polite and professional attitude. Will definitely visit again

I hardly never write a negative review but this was BAD. Worst fast food restaurant experience ever. The toilet was an absolute nightmare. From the moment you walk down the stairs the smell hits you. The floor is wet and sticky of urine. The women's toilet door doesn't close, the toilet seat was wet and yellow (!), the toilet paper roll was on the floor, and the toilet doesn't flush. You can't help your child to the toilet cause there's no room. I could barely fit my own 50kg body through the door. I don't know if there's something wrong with the food but I had a fishy taste in my mouth I couldn't get ride of until I got home to my toothbrush just now. If the same people that clean the toilet also make the food I'm lucky if I don't get sick. Also, I ordered the kids menu for my child. I suggest they rename it to "toddlers menu".
