I was served by Alex .He was very warm welcoming and care customer sattisfaction also very important asset of this store as barista .He always expanding limit of customer sattisfaction. He has true leader meterial.Thank you making my creamy flatwhite amazing as always .it is now my top Sturbucks shop .Thank you very warm wellcoming .

I didn't manage to get the name of the lady who served me but she was soo kind and helpful. I visited around 3pm on 28th july and the customer service was great. I ordered the tiramisu oat shaken drink and it has never looked so good. It also tasted so good. I order this quite alot and this is the first time it's looked so similar to the image on the menu so super impressed and even more impressed with the customer service!
