Good place for a beer, you'll find the mainstream ales like Timmy Taylor. I've just eaten a curry here. The chef makes a big deal of their experience on the menu but it felt microwaved to me. Very hot meat, a popadum which wasn't very crispy and rice at a very different temperature. Shame as I like thos pub, but the drinking is bwtter than the eating.

Had my birthday celebration here on a Saturday and the staff were so nice and accommodating even though we were a big group. The place is beautiful and the food was genuinely delicious — it’s always hit or miss with pub food but everybody commented how impressed we were with the burgers — it’s not your typical pub food, it’s a real meal. Great pub, lovely staff, and just generally good vibes. You’ll have a great time here.
