I came down to London at the start of July and am working ongoing, my hotel is around the corner. So obviously I need to find myself somewhere to unwind. Tried a few places, but stopped searching when I found The Dickens. Where to start, the greeting was warming and made you feel so welcome. The selection of drinks is good. Everytime I’ve eaten, it’s been delicious, cooked correctly and doesn’t disappoint. I feel I’m becoming a short term regular now, so you learn names. I must admit, both Hayley and Lucia are very friendly, accommodating and always make time for a little friendly chat. When you work away from home, it’s hard sometimes. But having a place like this really helps.

The staff here are very welcoming and patient, and as far as I've tasted the beers are well kept.
