I rarely post reviews, but have to let you know, that if you can book a room here - do it! My sister and I stayed in the Dressing Room and it was adorable. The location is great. And the staff was so sweet and accommodating - shout out to Megan, Mia, and Sage. Highly recommend. But be mindful of the fact that this is a boutique hotel with just 7 rooms, I think. So you're not going to get all of the "perks" of staying at a chain hotel. But I actually loved the uniqueness of the place. I didn't even mind dragging my suitcase up and down the stairs because there was no elevator. I will definitely keep Kings Arms in mind the next time I visit London.

Just lovely. Clean, stylish, plenty of space for my family in room seven. Thoughtful details like an automatic nightlight in the bathroom that really elevated the experience. Staff were such a help, breakfast was delicious Good to know - there is no lift for getting bags in. Staff did help me which was so kind. I had a short hesitation about booking above a pub when I booked the room, but it was absolutely quiet, we were totally undisturbed. I highly recommend this place and would book again.
