I've been to Galaxy a few times in the past, and the food and atmosphere is always incredible. I've gone with karaoke bookings with friends and there's a great selection of songs, the rooms are very clean and the food & drinks are sold at a good price. I recently booked myself for the first time, and while I've always enjoyed going, I was therefore exposed to the booking process and customer service myself for the first time. The staff were very friendly, helpful and detailed (providing long texts answering my every question without any complaint and with a kind sentiment). It made booking very stress-free and convenient, and they were happy to explain every option and package they had. Would absolutely recommend their karaoke for anyone looking for a private karaoke place to have a great night with friends.

Native in food and language. Kind service. Very tasty and original Chinese food. Bulfroog serving was a little disappointing. Can still recommend the place.
