A truly incredible glimpse back in time, to medicine from a bygone era. Fascinating objects and facts. My kids thought the anatomy section (pickled organs & skeletons were exceptionally cool & the surgical tools terrifying). Knowledgeable staff, with a demonstration of how pills were made. The operating theatre is a special place & worth climbing the 52 steps. I just want to acknowledge the kind, attentive staff, my daughter felt unwell (extreme heat & travel) and they went out of their way to find a quiet corner, fresh air & iced water until she felt better. I’m very grateful & the place is a gem of a find.
