Una estupenda experiencia y un magnífico hallazgo. Nos han llevado unos amigos de Logroño y no ha defraudado.Mítico bocata de sardina, anchoa y guindilla, de chuparse los dedos. La guindilla pica lo justo para alegrar el bocadillo. Y una ensalada de las de toda la vida: tomate (que sabía a tomate), cebolla, aceitunas y ventresca de bonito. Qué cosa más simple....pero que cosa más rica. Se ve qué usan buena materia prima. Me recuerda a alguna "tasca" de las de toda la vida que aún quedan en Bilbao (El "Palas") y que también se basan en los bocatas de conservas buenas.El camarero (creo que era el dueño) un "salao". Para repetir.
