Bom dia. No dia 20 voltei para a Espanha e comi duas vezes na cafeteria. Verifiquei minha conta e fui cobrado duas vezes pelo mesmo serviço. Não consigo cancelar um serviço, tenho que negociar com meu banco. Para mim parece um roubo descarado. Um dos funcionários me disse que o cartão não havia sido processado. Recomendo pagar em dinheiro.
